Confirmation of Indirect Creation of Relationships

I created a spouse relationship between a couple who are both affiliated with our institution, and then I created a parent-child relationship between the wife and a son, which automatically created a parent-child relationship between the husband and that son. In this case, that information is correct, and it's helpful to have the secondary relationship auto-triggered, but it's not necessarily the case that every child of a wife/husband is also the child of the husband/wife. Consider adding a confirmation step: "You have indicated that Johnny is the child of Sarah. Is Johnny also the child of Sarah's husband Andrew? Yes/No." Or something like that.
