Hi! We operate in California and the state prevents schools from withholding official transcripts for balances due to a school, so we have to withhold diplomas as a way to encourage students to pay their balances.
If we opt-in to creating a Diploma template via Populi for our students to download an electronic version, is there a way we can lock them like we do for transcripts?
Currently, we order diplomas from Jostens only when a balance is resolved in full so we control the process. It would be helpful if schools have the option do the same in Populi.
