More Filter Options for Transfer Credit Institutions

In Academics > Reporting > Transfer Credits, it could be helpful to have a few more options in the "Institution" parameter. Currently it's a simple is / is not; it would be nice to have options like "contains," "does not contain," "begins with," "ends with," etc. We have accepted transfer credit from so many institutions with similar names, sometimes it's helpful to be able to see multiple records together. Currently the only way to do this is to search for "any" of multiple institutions, whereas having the option to search for "all" institutions that "contain" a specific word would simplify the filtering process.
