In cases where Student A and Student B received transfer credit from the same college under two different organization profiles (such as when a school changes names and we don't immediately recognize that it's the same institution), we simply edit the transfer institution of Student A to apply those credits to the organization attached to Student B, and then we can delete the duplicate organization that was attached to Student A. However, occasionally we find that the "loser" organization and the "winner" organization are both already attached to Student A. For instance, this student received transfer credit from "Sunset Internat'l Bible I," which is the same as "Sunset International Bible Institute." In these cases, the system won't allow us to simply "Edit Transfer Institution"; instead, we have to manually re-enter the transfer credit under the winner institution, and then delete the loser institution. It would be easier if we could just edit the transfer institution as described above.
