Users API option to designate betw SSO, populi ONLY logins

when creating a user from a person thru the users api,

https://yourschool.populiweb.com/api2/users/(person)

by default it gives them both SSO and populi logins. i would like an option to be able to choose SSO or populi.

If you have SSO enabled pass you can now pass in a login_type param (all/sso/populi).
