Red flag banner on financial page

I was hoping to be have a place to put a notice to myself on a student who has something irregular going on- and that it would be VERY noticable when I open their financial tab. This came up because we have a sticky situation with parents who are divorced and need to make sure certain information is kept away from one parent...Would be nice if when I open her financial tab there would be a notice on the screen to clearly remind me to make note.
