Hello,
New regulations require institutions to release any requested academic transcripts for terms where a student received federal financial aid and which they paid. As a result, a financial hold or lock cannot be used to completely withhold a student's transcript.
Is it possible to partially release transcripts to withhold academic term(s) where a student did not pay? Or has/is Populi implementing any other features to help institutions in this matter which goes into effect on July 1, 2024?
