Allow students to select room plan option based on inventory

Most of our program is online, however we run at least one in-person retreat-style term each year. For that program, we offer different levels of accommodation at different price points. We would like our students to be able to select their own room plan, based on inventory, so the registration options would show up-to-date availability for the different options.
