As we’re trying to find our way forward in the finance office, we have had a request to have the Delivery Methods be more visible. We have different fees based on the delivery methods. A suggestion was made to have the Enrollment History section of the student’s financial page reflect their chosen delivery method as well. See attached.
Actually, on the Registrar’s Office side it would also be really helpful to have that more visible. I’ve asked students to confirm that I’ve entered all their registrations correctly. The only way for them to see their Delivery Methods was for me to open online registration (even though we aren’t using that feature this semester) so they can click on the registration tab, see their delivery methods and confirm that it’s what they wanted.
Would it be possible to add some of these options for us?
