Currently, we can only create mailing lists based on limited criteria. There are times that we need to create mailing lists to target students specifically using criteria that don't exist in Populi. We either have to add tags manually to bunch of students or add a bunch of students manually to a mailing list.
This is not helpful for dynamic lists. For example, if a student needs to pick up a resource, as this group changes over time they would need to be removed or added. The tags would have to be manually updated with every change, which is time intensive, or we have to create a new mailing list for every notification sent.
If we could upload a spreadsheet to send to a specific group, that would significantly ease the effort for this process.
