Ability to run reports for degree audit waivers, substitutions, and exceptions

We would like to be able to report on degree audit waivers, substitutions, and exceptions, similar to how we can run report for enrollments and transfer credits. For example, we would like to be able to look up who has received a waiver or exception for a certain course or course group in order to get a more complete picture of how many students currently in the program still need to take certain requirements.
