Hi:)
We are currently working on importing our courses to Populi. one thing we struggle with is Hebrew (and other languages) goes right to left. So every time in our language courses we have something in Hebrew I go into the HTML editor and for every paragraph need to add: dir="rtl". I miss it sometimes, and in the the winter we are going to offer a course to Hebrew speakers, so we hope we can import the entire content in Hebrew.
So question: Could the text direction buttons be added to the editor interface?

Adam Sentz Jochanan Löwenstein - Does it not work to wrap all the content in a single div with rtl applied?

Jochanan Löwenstein Well, I myself am not familiar with HTML. so I didn't know (You probably can tell:) So I google and try to figure things out. but others on our staff are very capable in other things, not necessarily HTML, or how to approach it. And since everyone in our department teaches Hebrew. It would be very helpful... I'm not sure if you have Arabic speaking schools, but they would benefit from a feature like this greatly too...

Immanuel Ovadia It doesn't work every time, and at least in test questions I've found no solution at all

Mazooz Sehwail We face the same challenge when typing in Arabic, which also uses right-to-left text direction. Not everyone is comfortable working with the HTML editor, so having to manually add
dir="rtl"each time is quite inconvenient. We kindly request that Populi include a built-in right-to-left text direction feature in the editor. This would greatly support instructors teaching languages such as Arabic and Hebrew.
We hope to see this feature added soon.

Stephanie Weaver We would also like to see this feature. Most of our courses are in Hebrew, so being able to create a test where the sentence direction is correct and the punctuation shows up correctly would be so helpful! Thank you for considering adding this feature!
