On the Dashboard page, the feature request button doesn't open to this feature request page. It opens to the main support page, and I mistakenly opened a support ticket instead of a feature request by clicking Submit a request at the top of the page in the menu bar.
The support rep did not create a feature request for me but directed me where to go. It is a confusing workflow to have to open the Feature Request link, then find the feature request page, and finally to submit the request itself.
