Our school policy (like many others):
requires for "Accepted Students" to sign "Enrollment Agreement" between "receiving acceptance notification" and "registering courses"; only with which ("Enrollment Agreement" signed), it is allowed for Populi access to be given to them.
The current setting of Populi:
only allows it to be triggered at the time of finishing course registrations, which means students already have access to Populi (without agreeing contents in the Enrollment Agreement).
Request1:
Considering this, do you have a good suggestion to make it happen in this way, rather than having "Enrollment Agreement" triggered at the time of registering courses (which means they already have Populi access)? If it can be sent at the time of "Accepted" confirmed by admin, that's fine.
Request2:
Could "Acceptance Letter" be triggered and sent as PDF file at the time of "Accepted" by admin? In my understanding, current setting is just to send an email, without availability of PDF file attached.
