Retired Forms - Option for them to still appear on student accounts

Being able to retire forms is great, and would keep our forms tab from becoming too cluttered, but we've found we can't retire forms without their also disappearing from all of the accounts of the students who filled them out. 

If a student fills out a Graduation Application form, and then that form is later retired, no record shows up in the student's account of their having filled out the form.

This is an issue because the only way to verify if am student has filled out a form is to go back to the retired form each time to double check.

Having the option, when retiring a form, to choose whether the form response should still appear on student accounts, would be wonderful. Perhaps the responses could then have a little "retired" notice next to them when viewed on the student accounts.
