At our Institute, the Registrar's office prints out ALL course evaluation results by course to put into each faculty member's permanent file.
In the course evaluation "Reporting" tab, I can "breakdown" everything by course — which is good. However, I need to print everything out on both sides to save paper, which isn't precise because one faculty's evaluation may start on the back page of another. I can "print to .pdf" and then just manually add a blank page to force the even "front/back" ratio. But this is rather time consuming. Or I can just go to each individual course and print this out, which is even more time consuming.
Is there any way to have some kind of "toggle" button (or something) in this reporting feature that would allow me to indicate "breakdown"(or filter) by course and then have the choice to either "export all" or "export by individual faculty"?
