We are attempting to use a variable in communication templates to enter the start date of an intake. Currently, we are manually updating the start date for each template. We would like to update the dates in one area and for the variable to pull from the custom field. Are global variables able to be added and used?
Here is an example:
The August 2025 intake will begin on Monday, August 11th, 2025.
The {!RECIPIENT_CUSTOM_FIELD_1!} intake will begin on {!RECIPIENT_CUSTOM_FIELD_2!}.
