Turn off one-time payment option for payment plans needing recurring payments

Hi! Please add the option to turn off the one-time payment option if a student's balance is on a payment plan where recurring payments need to be the only option. Otherwise, the student can make a one-time payment on that plan but not trigger the subsequent recurring plan payments because they had the option to bypass that. I had a student choose the one-time payment for his plan payments after instructing him that he needed to begin the recurring payments and gave him screen shots for how to do so. We are just getting started with accepting payments through Populi so I anticipate this happening more frequently. When this occurs, it adds to staff burden to chase after students for subsequent payments and to remind them to make their next payment because they don't receive payment plan reminders via Populi only upcoming recurring payment notifications. All of which can make it counterintuitive to the purpose of the payment plans and recurring payment features tying together. Thank you!
