Test exceptions by student, not by test

I have several students with learning accommodations in my larger courses. I also have over a dozen quizzes and tests administered through Populi. The way Populi works now, I must add an exception for each student to each test, which is time consuming. When I was at an institution that used Canvas, you had the option to assign students increased time for all assignments in the course. This could be done in a matter of minutes at the beginning of the course and those students had what they needed. In other words, exceptions were granted by student, not by test. Adding this feature would greatly simplify the process of accommodating students with a wide number of disabilities.
