I would love to see the ability to have multiple signatures on forms (for people outside of the school).
Our school utilizes preceptors for students, that are not "employees" of the school, and thus do not have Populi access, but need to be able to sign documents alongside the students, specifically clinical agreements, in order to proceed. Using the work around of downloading PDF versions of the form, transitioning to Adobe or DocuSign has been a hassle of a process.
It would be great to be able to have the student complete their portion of the form in Populi and then be able to submit the form "for office review" and then the office would be able to create the preceptor as a contact/user in Populi and assign the student "completed" form to the correct preceptor's account, for them to sign and complete.
This way the completed form would be associated with both the preceptor's activity feed as well as the student's activity feed.
