Send Form to Particular Email Based on Field Entry

I am trying to set up a Populi Form where form submissions are automatically routed to different department heads based on what students enter in a field for the course prefix (e.g., BIB, REL, MUS go to Person A, while SCI, HIS, ENG go to Person B). However, I cannot select the Course Prefix field as a condition for notifications.
