As the Registrar, I am constantly explaining to students what their degree audit means and how many elective credits they still need to take. Since the credits are not listed for the required courses that have not been taken yet, I need to look them up and use a different program to type out the credits on the PDF or write them by hand. It would save me so much time if those credits were already listed beside the required courses.
