Forms to automatically adjust enrollment

For the feature request,

We are requesting a feature to use Forms to adjust enrollment automatically through the following:

1. Student or Administrator accesses the Drop/Add Form
2. Student or Administrator fills out and submits the Drop/Add Form
3. Administrator reviews the Drop/Add Form to Accept/Approve or Reject it
4. If the Administrator hits “Accept/Approve,” the enrollment is adjusted in Populi accordingly.

Specific to the Drop/Add Form; we would like the course, mode of delivery, section, and instructor to be selectable from a dropdown menu specific to courses available to the current of enrollment.

Administrators could override the selection during their review to ensure accuracy and in cases that adjustments are made to other terms.
