I was wondering if there could be a way to auto-generate a probation form to send when certain disciplinary statuses are assigned to students in Populi. We wanted to cut down on lag time between status changes and this initial form being sent out.
For example, if Johnny's GPA drops to a 2.0 or lower, he will immediately get a probation letter sent from Populi. If he does not contact student services, then we contact Johnny to solve the issue.
From what I understand, this isn't a thing. It would be great if it was.
