Populi has the option in Admissions/Settings to allow the system to change a lead's status to "enrolled" and "inactive" when he enrols in his target term. This also causes any existing applications to be withdrawn. However, a student may enrol in an undergraduate course while remaining an active lead with an active application for a graduate degree. In this case, Populi unhelpfully makes the student inactive and withdraws his graduate application.
It would be helpful if Populi would recognise whether the student had enrolled in the programme specified in his lead information before marking him as inactive and withdrawing his application from that programme.
