Allow mailto: links in the courses.

I would like to make quick contact links under "Links" on the "Info" tab for my courses. Presently, when I use the mailto:emailaddress link, it sends me to the email domain rather than opening a new email to be composed. I have tried a few different email addresses and get the same result.
