Keep a log of password resets

I'd like to be able to check if password reset links were sent out, and when.  I often have students who say they didn't get it, or they ask several staff members to do it for them, or I personally forget if I sent it already or not.  Some kind of log that can be retrieved through reporting, perhaps as "action".
