I am the Director of Student Affairs at Charlotte Christian College and Theological Seminary. I have had several students who have gotten locked out of their accounts who have had difficulty gaining access to their account because, while they may have updated their phone number under the "Info" tab they did not also update it under the "Notifications" tab. Is there any way that whenever a student attempts to update their phone number under the "Info" tab that they are prompted with a pop-up to also update their number under "Notifications"?
Without having had to help multiple students with this issue, I would never have thought about needing to change my number in two different locations.
