Could you please add privacy setting to faculty and staff. We would love to your Populi as a ALL-In-One type solutions but we are having a hard time with HR documents and Faculty & Staff privacy issues. If you can add a function were only Admin can see see Staff and Faculty files and registrar may update files but are not allowed to see private files that would be fantastic. I think this feature will dominate as it will eliminate the need for other HR based programs.

Evan Donovan This is an important feature for FERPA compliance. Not all staff should be able to have access to all financial aid files, for example.
If there were a way to set custom File Attachment fields to have access only by certain roles that would be great also, but that might be more difficult. -
Adam Sentz Files attached to profiles already have role based permissions. I'm not really sure what else is being asked for here.
