Is there any way I can track attendance via the student information tab? Under campus life it says "Custom fields" What I'd like to do is show cumulative clinical attendance. Notes that would show +16 hours start of semester, and subtract any hours the student used. It wouldn't need to auto calc, we could do this manually each time. I just want something that students can view to track their time. currently my clinical coordinators transfer xcel attendance files from one site to the next, very inefficient and lots of inconsistencies exist in this system. If you have any ideas for using populi to track cumulative clinical "personal time", I'd love to hear them.
