Is there any way when bulk emailing students/users in Populi that there is an option where it would send the email to all emails on file for each user? |

Adam Sentz Official comment Sending the same email multiple times simultaneously to an individual would almost certainly have a negative impact on our sender rating, so this isn't something we're likely to add.

You wrote this in your reply: "Sending the same email multiple times simultaneously to an individual"
Do you mean that IF Populi were to send an email to a person's school email address, gmail.com email address (personal) and work email address, that that would have a negative impact on your sender rating? We are between trimesters and I need to reach students by email. The thing is, I wish to choose their personal email to contact them, but that is not the email that is "starred." Solutions?

Adam Sentz Katerina Hinkle - That's a tricky one. The function of the primary email address is to let Populi know which email address to use when sending to that contact. This could be the school's preference, the contact's preference, or both. Sending to a non-primary email address, where a contact may not be expecting to receive email from you, could have unintended, negative consequences if the recipient views the email as unsolicited and decides to mark it Spam.

Emilie Williams We are also having this issue! Many of our visiting, non-degree seeking students do not use their school address regularly, and miss seeing important information. We want their primary address to be their school email address, but there are times when we DO want to send the same email to both their primary and non-primary email accounts. It would be very helpful if this function were to be added. Feel free to message me if you have questions about our experience.
