It would be nice if, on the transcript order form, there was a way for the student to communicate when they would like their official transcript processed, such as:
NOW - transcript will reflect the current grades/classes as of the day you make your request. Current classes will be noted as IP (In Progress).
HOLD FOR GRADES - transcripts will not be printed until a week after the end of the semester
HOLD FOR DEGREE - transcripts will not be printed until a week after commencement
And, if possible, for their selection to be noted in some way on the transcript requests processing page. Thank you!
