I would like to suggest a 90/10 tuition report. This would be very helpful for institutions to quickly see what the current tuition ratio is. :)

Brittany Longnecker Agreed. This required document would be very helpful.

Evan Donovan Could you build from Data Slicer by creating a Data Slicer report for all students who had financial aid disbursed?

Matt Lundy - ISSA Staff Figuring this report out would be a huge help as-
* All for-profit, proprietary T4 schools must produce this report.
* The report is due on 01/31/YY
* If the report is off the auditors 'must' write you up for it.
* It's difficult to produceI've developed a 'reasonable' version of the report using all of Populi's available resources but there are drawbacks to the process:
1. Entries must be categorized by student and by cash award so we had to design our processes around 90/10.
2. cash awards must equal actual cash receipts (from your bank accounts) hence the necessity to use awards to capture and categorize everything you need to track for 90/10 (i.e. Pell, DLSUB, DLUNSUB, VA, ArmyTA, NavyTA, 3rd Party non-governmental Aid etc. etc.
3. Reports have to be pulled and aggregated by student and award from various systems and not all of them have the information. (i.e. Financial Aid reports do have student ID's and Unique Identifiers (best), but Transactions, necessary for customer payments and customer refunds, do not, so merging the reports is necessary and had to write a macro to do this...but it's an imperfect process because you must do it by name (nothing else matches), again Unique ID's on ALL reports is always best in this case and would allow for a solid and trustworthy merge.
