Upload Assignments via Mobile Devices for Students

Fairly commonly, we have students attempt to submit assignments from their smart phone. If they don't attempt to review the file after uploading (which happens most of the time), then they don't realize that the upload was not successful. There then ensues some delay (and additional admin time) in getting the assignment graded, while we communicate the issue to the student and they resubmit it.

These days, some students are using mobile devices to complete their assignments from start to finish, so I am requesting a feature that would allow students the option to submit assignments from their mobile devices.
