Hi, Populi,
Right now, we are blocking current students from accessing Populi if they have NOT settled their finances with the school. The feedback we receive from blocked students is that the pop-message is showing a reference to an incorrect log-in and password which is NOT the case.
Can we please add a feature to show a specific pop-up message that we can type in to notify the blocked students of an action item, e.g., "Populi access currently blocked... please call Student Accounts at XXXX to restore access..."
Referencing an action item or a specific reason why a student is blocked is extremely helpful.
Looking forward to getting this feature added asap.
