It would be helpful to have a way to mark buildings / rooms as retired. That way we could keep the historic record, but not have to wade through inactive locations that are no longer available for scheduling. |

Toby Robinson Official comment Rooms and buildings can now be retired.

Frank Zappa Also, a way to separate out Classrooms as opposed to Dorm Rooms. Courses are not really held in Dorm Rooms. Also, Dorm Rooms do not have "Resources". (Or maybe they might - if you consider an extra bed a resource?) Not totally sure the thinking behind "resources".

Kerry Pretty The ability to retire or deactivate buildings and classrooms would be helpful.

David Kosobucki OK, I was just searching how to retire a classroom precisely because I'm getting a room choice on a campus that we no longer use. Just wanted to eliminate that. From this thread I'm concluding that somehow this slipped through the cracks and is not possible. OK, I'll live with it. But if you get a chance - please change that, OK?
