We have a Late Tuition Fee that is calculated as an annual percentage of the outstanding Tuition balance, compounded daily. We would like to set this up properly in Populi, rather than the suggested work-around of modifying the flat fee each time we charge the fee.
This does not relate to payment plans. This is for ordinary tuition payments that are past due.
