We would like the ability to import .ics calendar files to individual course calendars (like the "My School" Calendar allows). There are many good reasons, but I'll just name a few:
- saves time to upload instead of entering manually
- eliminates transcription errors
- more details would end up on the course calendar (since everything must be entered manually, we only rely on course calendar for taking attendance, and do not provide details beyond the date and time)
- makes the course calendar generally more reliable for details
I understand there are many requests around calendar features, but this request is specifically for importing to individual course calendars.
