We would like to be able to set the "max enrollment" to 0. The reason for this is that there are courses that we require students request to be added to, before they can be enrolled. We would like students to be able to add themselves to the wait list so we can track who is requesting and approve as needed.
Also, this would help for our auditor enrollment. If I could set auditor enrollment at 0, students could place themselves on the wait list for the course. As our courses give priority to students registered for credit, we don't allow anyone to enroll for auditing until after the registration period if over. If they were on the wait list, I could approve them as space opens up in the course.
