Would it be possible to save the email recipient list (To,CC,Bcc) when we send emails in Populi? There are times that an email is sent and then we want to follow up with another email to the same group and there's no easy way to do that. We have to recreate the list. The email content is already saved for each person that it's sent to; could we also include the recipient list?

You can now get a recipient list on any email in a profile's Activity Feed in the dropdown by choosing Show Recipients. A dialog will appear with a list of the recipients, and a button you can click to compose a new email to the same recipient list.
You can also now see all emails you've sent from Populi under Settings (under your profile image up top) > Sent Messages > Email.
There are a couple of missing features in Populi's email:
I like to send email from within Populi, however, if I ever had to prove to a student I sent the email to him/her, there is not a valid way to do that because the following information is not included in the activity feed note, nor in the copy that is sent to my email:
This is important information to have when backing up a claim that information was sent to someone. I think this memo will apply to more than one feature request about Populi's email.

It would be extremely helpful to be able to print a notification from a student's activity feed that included the information above or to be able to see the recipients in the sent email that includes the details.
I agree that having history of emails sent and the recipients would be extremely helpful.

I also need a record of who I sent emails to...really compromises efficiency not to have an easy way to search.
Agreed. I've started to avoid emailing from Populi for this very reason.
