We are currently having to take paper housing applications and vehicle registration forms each year. After collecting them, they are placed in physical folders within our offices. This wastes a lot of time and money, when we could be taking this information in digitally and applying it to each students account/ portal in populi.
It would be nice to have generic forms in the campus life tab that could be formatted for housing applications and vehicle registration forms (or any other student services related need) so that documentation could be housed in one place.
