When printing the application, with online references, the application is over 20+ pages long, even in print view, and the print view link. There is too much space lost between questions, to condense this would be extremely helpful. We have to print hard copies, so sending links only is not an option. Does anyone have any helpful suggestions for this issue?

Dee McOwen We too print the application for the permanent file, and I agree totally that it is an unconscionable amount of paper. When I have had time, I print the application to pdf and save it on my drive, then within my Google suite I locate the application, right click on it to open the pdf in Google docs, then condense the app. It takes valuable time so I cannot always do that. Condensing the application not only with space, but smaller font and removing words like: show more show less and Accepted would also be helpful. I would also remove fields where there is no response.
When I condense it manually, I end up with a 3-4 page application which is much more reasonable.
