Can Populi provide a report that was according to those data points required for the Common Dataset http://www.commondataset.org/ ?
This would help us in reporting to various outside agencies and provide us with the data necessary to plug into analytics tools that will help us make data driven decisions.
Could this be used to report to IPEDS, or what is the use case? I would be interested to learn more of how this could make reporting to third-parties easier.
We are new users and I was hoping there'd be a Common Data Set report. Have you have success in creating that report manually?
Following up on this request... do schools now simply not complete all the surveys that ask for the CDS report data? I can't imagine trying to work out all those data fields by hand. It would take an immense amount of time.
For example, we are requested to complete the US News and World Report - Best Colleges Financial Aid Survey as well as the Peterson's Financial Aid Survey, but cannot with a Common Data Set report. This is a canned report elsewhere. I will need to skip these reports for my school this year.
I would also like to request that Populi work on adding the Common Data Set report or the Peterson's Financial Aid Survey report so we can use it to provide the data requested for the above mentioned by Kristine. We would like to complete the Peterson's Financial Aid survey but the time required without a report is excessive.
Pre-set reports to complete the Common Data Set would be much appreciated. My request is to start with the Financial Aid section, which is very cumbersome to complete.
A Common Data Set could really come in handy for multiple reasons. One being BigFuture College.
