When making application forms, it would great if there could be an optional word limit feature on the essay answer boxes. Applicants would be restricted to staying within the given word limit and this would make assessing application essays a lot easier. We specify a 250-word limit in the description, but often applicants go well over this.

Nishita Shah I definitely agree. As candidate pools increase, it will make the process much more efficient for the admissions team members.
