I'm very pleased that Populi offers an online transcript request function. It would be great if we could customize the information we're requesting of students/alumni on the transcript request form. Is there a way to make this happen?

Cyndi Myers I'd also like to see this be customizable.
Specifically, I'd like to be able to customize the payment option to allow for "pay by credit card, check, or cash" and allow the student to specify their desired option.

Brittany Kemlo It looks like this might be a duplicate of this request Customizable Transcript Request form – Populi Knowledge Base (populiweb.com), but I agree with both. More customization options in the transcript form would be very helpful. One specific I have noticed is that we get transcript requests from former students who have married or changed their names since they were a student. It can be difficult to locate these students if we do not have an option for asking them about their former or maiden name. This is particularly true for old records that are not in our system. A SS # is not enough of an identifier when the records are old paper records and the student's last name changed. Having this option on the transcript form would eliminate the hassle of contacting the student directly and trying to figure out the additional information.
