It would be neat if Populi could screen student transcripts based on student locks. This way, if we cannot issue a student's transcript (due to an overdue balance, academic lock, etc.), the student would be immediately notified. This would both enhance communication with students and negate the need to refund transcript fees for transcripts we could not fulfill.
