Please, Please, Please let us reset passwords directly vs sending an email link. It is a very time consuming process to work with students to get their password reset when I have to walk them through getting into email to access a link. Most students come directly to our office to reset their password. It would save me much heart ache if I could just set a password for them or let them type a new password while they are at my office. Students in Haiti are not very computer literate and it is a hard enough challenge to get them to use Populi. I have wasted hundreds of hours with password resets.

Permanently deleted user Hi Rob McGhee - a workaround I use that might help a little in the meanwhile is adding my email to their user, and sending the password reset link to my own email. That way, I can do it for them. I've done this a bit with students, but usually for older staff at our organization that have trouble navigating computers.

Rev. Charlene E. Major Jeff:
Thanks. I just tried that and it does not work for me. It keeps giving the phone number verification to put a code in and I am not getting the code to my phone or their phone or anyones phone. I took the number out and still it isn't working for me.
