When you create a test and want to go back to it and change something, you have to delete it first and reenter it. It would be nice if you could edit any question at anytime without first having to delete the question.

@Terry - While it's true that you cannot edit a test question that belongs to multiple test on the test itself, you can edit the question in the question bank in the course (Tests > Questions).
You can also create a question from an existing question if you are only changing a few things. I've done this with a "test" we use that has semester-specific information in it. I can import the test from a previous offering but the semester changes so I create a new question based on the old one and then can just do a quick edit.
