According to our business department, we get a number of issues pertaining to the e-check option for self-payment. On most (all?) sites that I personally pay via e-check, there's a visual that shows the customer where on the check the Routing number can be found and where on the check the Account number can be found. I'm thinking this visual would probably help prevent a number of our issues. Also, often there are visuals that show a customer where the Security Code can be found on Major Credit Cards. That's another issue that occurs more especially with our Undergraduate students.
I'm hoping you can add these visuals (especially the e-check one) in the near future. Thank you.
