Hello,
We have two different refund policy schedules that apply to all students. If they go from any enrollment status to fully withdrawn, their refunds are applied based on one schedule. But if they go from Full Time to Half Time, their refund is based on a different schedule.
I would like to request that multiple refund policy schedules be allowed per student based on exceptions in their enrollment status change so that the automatic refund generation feature can be fully accurate for us and any other school that has similar differences in refund policies.
